Nature of the service

SignalXI is a sports analysis platform focused on football. It uses statistical data, recent match information, market references and probabilistic models to present estimates, analyses and informational recommendations.

SignalXI is not a sportsbook or gambling operator. The platform does not accept or process bets, does not allow deposits for wagering, does not hold funds intended for gambling and does not pay prizes tied to sports outcomes.

Content published by SignalXI is analytical and informational. Any later decision made by a user outside SignalXI is independent from the service provided by the platform.

Probabilities, analysis and recommendations

Probabilities shown by SignalXI are estimates generated from available data, statistical models and proprietary analysis rules. A published recommendation represents the model's assessment of a specific event or market at the time of analysis.

SignalXI probabilities, scores, analyses and recommendations do not guarantee that an event will occur and are not a promise of financial profit. Sports events contain uncertainty and may produce outcomes different from model estimates.

Results transparency

SignalXI records published analyses and recommendations and, when the relevant data becomes available, later classifies their results. The platform may display historical metrics such as wins, losses, Hit Rate, ROI, Profit, Brier or other model evaluation measures.

These metrics are used to evaluate historical system behavior and do not guarantee future results.

Daily Premium Pass

The Premium Pass provides access to SignalXI Premium digital content published for the selected date, including additional analysis, probabilities and recommendations.

The Premium Pass is a purchase of access to digital content. It is not a bet, game entry, gambling deposit or right to receive prizes based on sports outcomes. It is a one-time payment and not an automatic subscription.

• The total price is shown before Stripe Checkout opens.
• Access applies only to the purchased date.
• Access ends at 11:59 PM ET on that date.
• A purchase made later in the day does not extend access for 24 hours.
• Digital content may become available immediately after payment is confirmed.

Refunds and access issues

Because the service is digital and Premium content may be enabled immediately after payment, purchases are considered final once access has been provided, except where a refund applies under these terms or applicable law.

SignalXI may issue a refund, among other cases, for a duplicate charge, a processing error attributable to SignalXI, or a confirmed payment where the purchased access could not be provided.

Requests may be sent to [email protected] and should include the email used for the purchase and a description of the issue. This policy does not limit consumer rights provided by applicable law.

Basic terms of use

• SignalXI analysis and recommendations do not guarantee results or profits.
• Decisions made using published information are the user's responsibility.
• Users are responsible for complying with laws and restrictions that apply in their jurisdiction.
• Users may not attempt to compromise the service, automate it abusively, resell or redistribute Premium content without authorization.
• SignalXI may correct technical, statistical, data or presentation errors when detected.
• Access to the service may be changed or temporarily interrupted due to maintenance, external providers or circumstances beyond SignalXI's reasonable control.

Privacy

SignalXI may process information needed to create and maintain accounts, provide Premium access, respond to support requests and protect the service. This may include email address, user identifier, authentication status, technical session information, Premium access records, payment status and support information.

Technology providers may include Supabase for authentication and database services; Stripe for Checkout and payment processing; and Cloudflare for web infrastructure, security and content delivery.

SignalXI does not directly request or store the full card number used during Stripe Checkout. Technology providers may process technical information required to provide their services under their own policies.

SignalXI currently does not sell personal information to advertisers or use advertising cookies in the app. Technical or session identifiers may be used when required for authentication, security and service operation. Before personalized advertising is enabled, this policy will be updated and consent controls will be implemented where required.

Responsible use · 18+

SignalXI is intended exclusively for users aged 18 or older. The platform provides sports analysis and informational recommendations and does not control decisions a user may later make on third-party platforms or services.

If a user chooses to use SignalXI information in connection with external services, the user is solely responsible for complying with laws, age limits and restrictions that apply in their jurisdiction. A high probability never removes the uncertainty of a sports outcome.
